No matter what, bad things are going to
happen. That's just life. But stressing yourself out worrying about those bad
things MAYBE happening won't change anything.
Have you ever heard a saying that
states "worrying won't stop the bad things from happening"? Well, it basically means what I said at the beginning.
I know, I know that
you may be thinking "Safae, right? Right, try and keep this advice for yourself cause saying is easier than
done..."
I agree with you and trust me if ANYONE
to take this advice, well it's me! Way more often than I should, I overthink and worry.
But it's been on my list of things to do
and accomplish for a while now, luckily I'm getting better and better. Because worrying task is
to stress us out and to get us worked up over things that its chance of
happening is low.
It just makes us feel worse and worse about ourselves, about everything.
With all being said, what I recommend and it's what I follow as
well. Stop yourself right in your tracks, when you catch your mind trailing off
down the road of constant worry and stress. I'm not saying that it's easy, it's
a hard thing to do. And It takes practice, a lot of practice, but it's worth
trying. I mean you won't lose anything.
